A fintech firm wanted to raise its brand awareness and launch its product. However, the service tied to the fintech product launch was not widely known and the firm needed help on its stakeholder engagement strategy. Our public affairs program provided them with visibility into the consumer market that was within their reach at the outset of their launch. We created a strategy that combined consumer targeting and brand messaging into one campaign with 5 mini-launches.
We reached out to elected officials who represent priority areas in the five boroughs. The elected officials were all aligned with the client’s brand messaging and mini-launches were centered around the firm’s product launch. This strategy helped build the client’s brand awareness and eliminated any potential for criticism stemming from public misinformation.
