Richard Tsang

In 1995, Richard Tsang established Strategic Public Relations Group (“SPRG”), which has since become one of the largest PR networks in the Asia Pacific region under his leadership.  

In addition to his success in the PR industry, Richard is deeply committed to making a positive impact in his community. He holds over 80 positions on boards, committees, and advisory boards in various sectors, including business, religion, education, government, and non-governmental organizations. Richard was the first person of Asian descent to chair Public Relations Organization International (“PROI Worldwide”), the world’s largest network of independent communications agencies. 

Richard’s philanthropic efforts are evident through his creation of Strategic CSR Network Limited, a non-profit organization dedicated to connecting different parties to serve underprivileged communities in Hong Kong. For his professional and personal achievements, Richard has received 25 awards and has been recognized in various honors, including being listed on The Most Influential Professionals and Global Power Book rankings.  

As a strong advocate for education, Richard has served as a part-time lecturer at the School of Journalism and Communication at The Chinese University of Hong Kong since 1994. He is also an Adjunct Professor at The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong and serves as an advisor to the communication schools of other universities and institutions.
