Montieth & Company Recognized as Finalist in Ragan’s PR Daily Awards

New York & London & Hong Kong, November 6, 2023 – Ragan’s PR Daily has named Montieth & Company (M&Co), a prominent global strategic communications consultancy, as a finalist for its outstanding Pro Bono and Re-Branding campaigns. The PR Daily Awards program recognizes top-tier PR, marketing, and social media campaigns and content on a global scale.

Winners of the Ragan PR Daily Awards will be revealed at a special industry Awards Luncheon on December 15, 2023, hosted at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C. The event will bring together leading professionals in nonprofits, communications, and diversity and inclusion to applaud the finalists and their remarkable contributions.

M&Co’s recognition as a finalist in this program underscores its ability to captivate and engage audiences, enhance sales, and elevate brand presence.

Chosen from a competitive pool of entries that showcased campaigns captivating audiences, boosting sales, and enhancing brand presence, M&Co is competing in the Pro Bono category with its “Making St. Louis a Second-Chance Hub for Afghan Refugees” campaign. M&Co collaborated with the International Institute of St. Louis, the region’s foremost resettlement organization, to garner media awareness and secure funds for newly arrived Afghan families. The initiative was significant to M&Co, aiming to empower participants and beneficiaries to share their stories, foster a sense of community, and aid the refugees in rebuilding their lives.

M&Co is also a finalist in the Re-Branding category for its impactful work on branding and website development for Conifer Systems. M&Co designed a compelling website that effectively represented Conifer Systems’ environmental solutions, extensive experience in mitigating air pollution across industries, and commitment to sustainability. This recognition highlights M&Co’s growth in emerging sectors, particularly in clean tech, sustainability, and renewable energy.

In the current year, M&Co has garnered multiple awards for its exceptional work in marketing communications and public relations. The consultancy received three dotCOMM Awards and an Honorable Mention for achievements in branding, website copy, design and development, and pro bono media services. Additionally, M&Co was chosen as a finalist for the PR Daily Awards, named PR Daily’s Top Agency of 2023 in the Boutique Agencies of the Year category, and was honored with the MarCom Gold and Platinum Awards for its branding and website work.

Blogs Why Narrative Consistency Matters for Global Companies For multinational companies, inconsistent messaging rarely announces itself. Regional teams tailor messaging to local markets and client expectations. Investor relations teams adopt a more measured, regulatory compliance risk-aware tone. Leadership emphasises different priorities depending on the intended audience it is addressing. Each decision is rational in isolation, but the cumulative effect on reputation can be significant.   However, for people from the outside of a company, these variations sometimes appear contradictory. A journalist […] Read More
Blogs Managing Cross-Border Reputation Risk Reputational risk rarely surfaces in a press release or a headline. For multinational companies, it typically begins in places most communications teams aren’t watching: specialist online forums, internal employee channels, and professional communities where informed audiences share concerns long before traditional media engages.   These spaces matter because they shape narratives early. They enable perceptions to form, spread, and gain credibility before an issue becomes visible […] Read More
